The VersaClimber is the #1 full-body, high-intensity, low impact vertical trainer that allows you to burn more calories than your traditional piece of cardio equipment. The fluid movement from the legs and hands allows you to set your own pace.
When climbing, you determine your stride length by extending your arms and legs long or short. The longer you stride, the higher you climb, the more calories you burn.
You can target different parts of your body by adjusting your hand grip placement and your body stance. To maintain proper form and prevent injuries, it’s important to hinge forward at the hips and keep your torso parallel to the center rail of the machine.
Not only can you control your speed, but you can also control the resistance by turning the tension knob to the right to add more of a challenge.
No matter how fast you go or how long you stride, the goal of our VersaClimber classes are to keep you moving. Set your own pace and work your way up in speed and strides. We promise if you stick with it, you will climb further every class and see changes in your body!
